As soon as an order arrives a Receipt confirmation will be sent via e-mail at the earliest opportunity and as soon as payment is received, your items will be dispatched to you on our next mailing day. It is very rare that it would not be within 48 hours.

Our Standard shipping charges are for Small Packet’ delivery via UK Royal Mail and this normally takes 3/4 working days to Europe, 5/7 working days to USA and maybe an extra day or two to the Far East, Australia.
UK deliveries are sent ‘First Class’, so expect to receive your package the following day (not including weekends) if ordered before 2pm.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday usually are delivered the next Tuesday due to RoyalMail working hours! If you have any queries or wish a special quick delivery please call the number in the contact us page.
